Stuart Harbour marina is a mixed-use marina, hotel, retail and multifamily residential development on 18 acres along the St. Lucie River. Stuart and Associates provided planning, urban design, project management and real estate consulting services coincident with and to advance project restructuring. The project design was reoriented towards a market driven mixture of uses so as to facilitate permanent financing. The projects first phase featured 300 dry slips, 133 wet marina slips, 24,000 SF commercial space, 34 multifamily units and a 75-room boutique hotel.
